I am a big fan of Web 2.0. It definitely affects our society today and can have a negative impact on society. But whether it helps or harms is up to the user. Too much use can be addicting. I'll admit -- I'm a fan of blogs, facebook, and Youtube. I write this blog, read blogs of others. I add videos to youtube, listen to music on youtube, and so on. Facebook? Yes. I love it. I talk to my friends on there, I find out too much about practically strangers. But, I think Web 2.0 helps a lot too. It has created jobs for people and has connected friends.
