It's 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning, and I have been in the newsroom for 2 hours. I went to bed at 1:30 last night...woops? Anyway, yesterday I ate, slept, and drank newspaper. Workshops, assigning stories, editing stories....it was a lot of work. But, I loved it! It definitely kept me busy, and I know it'll be work to manage this and school work (and a social life) starting next week, but I'm committed to doing it! And, as our "Captain" told us yesterday, "Don't panic!". He even made us a sign to hang up.
In OTHER news, I won something, folks. A giveaway on this blog. What, you may ask? A LOCKET. Ah. Dream? Yes. And a tote bag with my initial on it. I found the blog completely by happenstance. How?
